Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product unconditionally within 30 days for a refund of the product price and applicable taxes. Alternatively, you can exchange it for another product within 180 days (see: Definition of Product Return or Exchange for details).
Return Method
【Termination of Contract and Return within 30 Days of Joining】
1. Distributors may terminate or cancel the contract within 30 days from the contract date by notifying K-Link in writing.
2. Within 30 days after the termination or cancellation takes effect, distributors must return the purchased products to K-Link to apply for a refund. K-Link will refund the purchase price of the returned products and the joining fee.
**Refund Processing Time**
Refunds to third-party credit cards typically take up to 5 days after we approve the refund. For information regarding refunds to third-party credit cards, please contact your card issuer.
For items returned to our return center, we must first inspect and process the return. Therefore, once the return center receives your return, it typically takes 7-10 business days to approve your refund.
Depending on the reason for the refund, shipping costs may be refunded. If your shipping costs are not refunded, please call K-LINK.COM Guest Services at 1-626-227-3023 to determine your eligibility for a refund. You may not be eligible for a shipping refund in the following situations:
• Our return center rejected your return.
• Your return was not due to an error on the part of K-LINK.COM.
If you have placed an order but have not yet received it, you can refuse the order when the carrier delivers the package. When we receive the returned items, we will credit the item price and any shipping costs back to your account.

Members may terminate the contract in writing at any time after 30 days from the date of joining.

Within 30 days after the contract termination takes effect, the member must return the purchased products to K-Link and apply for a return. K-Link will repurchase the product at its original purchase price minus any depreciation in value.

Standards for Product Value Depreciation and Refund Amount:

Return of products within 1 to 45 days from the contract termination date will be refunded 90%

Return of products within 46 to 90 days from the contract termination date will be refunded 65%

Return of products within 91 to 180 days from the contract termination date will be refunded 40%
Refund Method:
The remaining refund amount will be transferred to the applicant's designated account within 30 days after the return processing is completed.
Items Not Accepted:
1. Products that have been opened and used.
2. Products with a shelf life of less than six months.
3. Products that have exceeded their expiry date.
