Refund Method
In most cases, your refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you used multiple payment methods, your refund may be returned to all the payment methods used.
If you have lost your credit card or debit card, please contact the card issuer for refund information when a refund is due.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds to third-party credit cards typically take up to 5 days after we approve the refund. For information regarding refunds to third-party credit cards, please contact your card issuer.
For items returned to our return center, we must first inspect and process the return. Therefore, once the return center receives your return, it typically takes 7-10 business days to approve your refund
Depending on the reason for the refund, shipping costs may be refunded. If your shipping costs are not refunded, please call K-LINK.COM Guest Services at 1-626-227-3023 to determine your eligibility for a refund. You may not be eligible for a shipping refund in the following situations:
• Our return center rejected your return.
• Your return was not due to an error on the part of K-LINK.COM.
If you have placed an order but have not yet received it, you can refuse the order when the carrier delivers the package. When we receive the returned items, we will credit the item price and any shipping costs back to your account.
